Returns Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately at 866-364-7720 or by emailing Casey@Ecowelldog.com Consumer If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it for a refund, exchange or credit. All returns must be made 30 days from date of purchase. Any product not in original packaging or in sellable condition will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, return items that are received back damaged are not refundable. Please insure your return as you are responsibile for making any claim to the shipper used. Please call 866-364-7720 or email Casey@Ecowelldog.com Shipping All retail orders are shipped either by UPS or USPS Priority mail and will be usually be shipped on the same or next business day. Payment: All orders must be prepaid (check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal) Back Orders In case an item is backordered please let us know if you would prefer us to:

• Ship back-order with new orders (most economical)

• Hold the order and ship complete (could be 1-2 weeks)

• Ship back-orders immediately (new shipping charge would apply) • Cancel back-orders at time of order
Cancelling or changing an order Once an order is submitted on our online system, over the phone, by fax or e mail it is a commitment to purchase. We will do our best to accommodate an "after order" change request but we take no responsibility for being able to modify or cancel an order.
Canadian Orders Canadian orders may be placed directly through our secured website but are subject to applicable fees including customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. UPS is notorious for adding customs and duties onto Canadian orders. USPS Postal Service may be a better option for you. Providing correct address information Please make sure to provide your complete and correct address information. Awrong street number, zip code, missing suite or apartment number may render your package undeliverable. We e mail an order confirmation with every order placed. Please take a moment to check that all the information in that e mail is correct. UPS charges an address correction fee which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file at $10 (this is UPS charge, not ours. You will receive an invoice via email if these charges have been applied to your account.). The postal service does not offer an address correction service so please enter your information carefully! Privacy Policy When you buy an item on our website, we ask for your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information so we can process your order. Your name and address will not be used for any other purpose than delivery of your order. Your name and address will not be sold to mailing-list firms. All this information remains private and will not be used for any marketing purposes. Once your credit card number is entered into our system only the last four digits remain visible. No one in our company can see your complete credit card number. We also track various information such as your orders and payments. All this information is for our use exclusivly, it remains confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. Cookies As you know cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your hard drive. They allow us to keep track of several things including your order history and preferences. You can disbale cookies at any time in your browsers preferences. Security and Access: During the transmission of your personal information, we use a secure server (SSL), which encrypts all of your personal information. This will ensure complete privacy of your personal information. Our site is a Verisign Secure site hosted by Netsuite and meets the requirements of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Netsuite also successfully completed the Visa U.S.A. ur adventure started as a small bone of an idea way back in 2001, but with the support and enthusiasm of our family and friends – both human and canine, we decided to put the paws in motion and get our all natural products on store shelves and available to the public.

It wasn't all a doggie treat of a time, there were a lot of, shall we say, "cat fights" along the way. But in the end we still remain the best of friends and truest of business partners.
